On 18 June 2025, it was confirmed by the State government officials that there will be construction of a new Ultratech Cement plant in Bihar. A high level meeting has held in Patna where senior officials from Ultratech Cement company and Bihar state government ministers discussed about the new UltraTech Cement Plant in Bihar.
The meeting was led by UltraTech Cement’s senior management Executive President C.M. Mukesh Agarwal where he along with Joint President Gagan Agarwal and Head of Mines & Corporate Affairs Ravi Dusad met with Bihar Industries Minister Nitish Mishra.
